Peter attended Valley College Bushenyi, for Secondary Education, Peter later joined Mbarara University of Science and Technology for Bachelor of Accounting and Technology. He has worked with HOFOKAM, Kyenjojo branch in 2016 as the finance officer before joining PLANE
