Mr.Odongoi is a professional Lawyer. He Obtained a Masters Degree in LL.M (Human Rights) at Cardiff University, UK (2013 – 2014) He went to Law Development Centre, Kampala Uganda (2011 – 2012) and he was awarded a Diploma in Legal Practice He was awarded Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) Makerere University, Kampala Uganda (2006 – 2010) In March 2014 to September 2014 Ondongoi worked as a Volunteer at Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Citizens Advice Bureau, UK In January 2012 – September 2013 worked as Legal Assistant at WEB Advocates & Solicitors, Kampala.
